The whole screen is black

1. Check if the device connection is normal

2. Confirm whether the power-on is normal

3. Check whether the indicator light of the first receiving card is normal

4. Confirm whether the computer screen is in sleep mode

5. Check whether the screen control of Nova LCT is set to black screen display

6. Check if the DVI or HDMI cable is damaged
Can't find sending card/control system

1. Check if the USB cable is properly connected

2. Check whether the USB cable is damaged, replace it to check

3. Check whether the USB port of the computer port or the USB port of the sending box is damaged, and replace it to check

4. Check whether the USB driver is installed on the computer

5. Check whether the sending card is faulty or damaged, replace the sending card and set the resolution
Receiving card version upgrad

Open NovaLCT→User→Advanced user login→666 (input password 666 or admin)→OK→admin (enter again)→Select the corresponding receiving card upgrade package on the receiving card upgrade screen→Update (do not power off during the update process) →Refresh (refer to the upgraded version of the receiving card)
